How Fear Impacts Your Body’s Immune Response
With the news of theCoronavirus impacting the entire world, it is important to not get caught up in the hype and respond with fear. It is possible not to respond from fear, but it is a choice you get to make moment by moment. The key is to realize that you are safe, and the threat you feel, though it seems real, is just an illusion, a perceived threat. It isn’t real. Tapping into your intuition allows you to do this with ease and grace, but it is much harder to access this place within you if you are being trapped by fear. Beautiful Jen! So important to remember how the body responds to our emotions! The fight or flight energies are useful in short bursts to get us out of the way of a moving car for example. They were never made for long term use!
